April is finally here, and Peacock’s lineup is the perfect companion for those inevitable spring showers. Whether you’re staying cozy or watching the rain roll down the glass, these picks offer the best excuse to stay inside. Here are our top highlights for what’s new on Peacock in April 2026.
Kicking things off on April 9 is the Peacock original “The Miniature Wife,” starring Matthew Macfadyen and Elizabeth Banks as a couple whose marriage gets literal “small” complications after a shrinking accident. If you prefer chills over laughs, “Five Nights at Freddy’s 2” brings back animatronic terror on April 3, with returning star Josh Hutcherson joined by Mckenna Grace and Skeet Ulrich.
For the reality fans, “Love Island: Beyond the Villa” premieres April 15. The series follows “Love Island USA” season 7 favorites as they navigate life and relationship drama outside the villa’s walls. From shrunken spouses to haunted pizzerias, there’s plenty to keep you occupied this month.

Josh Hutcherson and Elizabeth Lail return, joined by a mix of new faces and franchise favorite Matthew Lillard for another nightmarish brush with killer animatronics. With the killer mascots back in action and a new generation of horrors on the way, these hapless survivors will have to work to make it through the night. This sequel leans heavily into the game’s lore more than the first movie, so fans should be satisfied.

Scientist Les (Matthew Macfadyen) accidentally shrinks his wife, Lindy. What begins as an already strained relationship becomes even more complicated once a technological mishap causes Lindy to shrink to the size of a doll. If that doesn’t put their marriage through the wringer, we’re not sure what will. This new take on “Honey, I Shrunk The Kids” looks like a silly romp that’ll satisfy anyone wanting something decidedly less serious out of their live-action shows.
