Through the Electronic Platform, any natural or legal person may request a certificate for their financial debts to financial institutions, the State and Social Security Institutions, in accordance with article 29 par. 2 of Law 4738/2020 (A'207) as amended and in force by article 43 of Law 5024/2023 (A'41).
To facilitate the application submission process, the platform interoperates with the information systems of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE), the Financial Institutions and the Social Security Institutions.
By submitting the application for the issuance of a certificate of financial debts in accordance with article 29 par. 2 of law 4738/2020 (A'207, an ex officio search of your data will take place, from the databases of the tax administration, the Social Security Institutions and the Financial Institutions within the framework of the permission provided with the submission of the application for the processing and disclosure of your data, the lifting of the confidentiality of bank deposits of article 1 of law 1059/1971 (A' 270) and tax confidentiality of art. 17 of law 4987/2022 (A' 206), as expressly provided for in article 29 par. 2 of law 4738/2020 (A' 207) as amended and in force with article 43 of Law 5024/2023 (A'41).

With this application, I grant permission to the participating Financial Institutions, the Tax Administration and the Social Security Institutions to access, process and cross-check my data, which is included in the application, as well as other data in their possession for the purposes of issuing a certificate of my financial debts.
The submission of this application automatically entails the lifting of the confidentiality of bank deposits under article 1 of Law 1059/1971 (A' 270), the tax confidentiality under article 17 of Law 4987/2022 (A' 206) as well as data regarding financial debts to the State (AADE) and Social Security Institutions (KEAO).
