Uni Systems, in collaboration with its subsidiary Intelli Solutions (Intelli), announces the integrated solution Compellio Digital Identity Wallet, compatible with the European Digital Identity Framework (EUDI Wallet) and the requirements of the eIDAS 2.0 regulation.
The solution is a mature, decentralized information system for the secure issuance, storage and verification of digital credentials, interconnecting digital wallet applications with the certification and verification infrastructures of other European Union member states. Its architecture is based on a unified backend infrastructure and interoperability mechanisms, high security and regulatory compliance, with its main advantage being the full operational interface with the national certified issuance and verification infrastructures. Although the mobile application is the visible point of contact with the end user, the added value of the solution is based on the strong backend infrastructure that supports reliable, scalable and interoperable operation.
Specifically, the Uni Systems leverages Compellio's solution, which is based on open technologies and standards, to ensure interoperability with public authorities and digital wallets in other countries. This approach reduces dependency on a single supplier and accelerates the adoption and scaling of the solution, in full alignment with European guidelines. At the same time, the Intelli, which holds a leading position in Greek market in the area of Customer Digital Onboarding, leverages Compellio's solution to provide the integrated and certified idbox™ Trust & Compliance Hub (providing agentless KYC & KYB, Fraud Prevention, direct communication with reliable databases, Sanction lists as well as relevant government and regulatory portals), now incorporating a comprehensive Identity Wallet (I.D. Wally™) for the secure issuance, storage and verification of digital credentials compliant with the eIDAS2 regulation.
It is worth noting that for the Compellio Digital Identity Wallet, Talao's open technology is utilized, based on experience of projects operating in production environments since 2022 and having managed more than 100.000 digital credentials with implementations for large European organizations in countries such as France, Germany and Switzerland. Their active participation in the European ecosystem is reflected, among other things, in the collaboration on France Identité and in the participation in pioneering consortia, such as the one selected by the GovTech Lab of Luxembourg for pilot applications of EUDI Wallet-type technologies on the national citizen portal.
At the same time, certification in the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI) ecosystem, as well as continuous alignment with the EUDI Architecture Reference Framework and ETSI specifications, confirm the solution's compliance with the most modern European standards.
Furthermore, Compellio and Talao's active participation in the large European pilot projects (EUDI Wallet large scale pilots) WEBUILD and APTITUDE, places them at the core of the developments shaping the next generation of digital wallets.
Finally, the solution is supported by practical applications developed through Uni Systems' Web3 Lab to serve public bodies and local government organizations, as well as through Intelli's Identity Wallet in the field of customer integration. It is provided in the Greek market to a wide range of private enterprises, which are regulated by the eIDAS 2.0 regulation, such as banks, telecommunications providers, electricity providers, transportation companies and educational institutions.
